The subject of a polygraph examination came up and RICKY ----- asked about the results if a person was nervous. He was advised that the operator would explain the procedure.
At this time the RO asked if he would consent to taking the examination and he stated he would. His parents acknowledged their consent also. RO informed them that arrangements would be made and they would be notified.

MR ----- called on the telephone and he stated that RICKY has decided not to take the polygraph examination. He stated RICKY is too nervous states he and his family know that RICKY is innocent and that he was at home at that time.
