12/21/68 (9:30 AM) - Solano County Sheriff's Office Offense Report - Statement - Mary R. -----

Mrs. ----- is the mother of RICKY ----- who was identified by BETTY LOU's parents as being a person who had been bugging BETTY LOU at school (this information came by Dan Horan) 

She states that RICKY did not go out last night. She accounts for his whereabouts from 3: 00 PM when he got out of school, from there until 4:15PM he was at his sister's place, returning home at 5:00 PM. They had dinner and at 7:15PM RICKY and his brother-in-law went to GallenKamp's where the in-law purchased a pair of shoes for RICKY for Xmass. From there he returned home and they watch the movie on TV (Global Affair) from 9:00PM until 11:00PM. It was Ricky's sister's birthday and coffee and cake was served.

Guests at the home at the time where RICKY's father from whom she is separated. A friend Mr  OTHIE L. -----, the sister and brother-in-law
