12.29.68 (4:30 PM) - Solano County Sheriff's Office - Supplemental Investigation Report

MR ----- is a police Sergeant with the Mare Island Security force. He is separated from his wife and shares expenses for an apartment at the above address with DONALD -----. He was identified as a guest at the house on 12/20/68.

MR ----- states he had received a phone call from RICKY and was invited to the home for coffee and cake. MR ----- had left a note in the kitchen also inviting him, but he did not see the note until he had received the phone call from RICKY. 

Accompanying him was his son, also named RICKY. They arrived at the home about 8:05 p.m. DONALD and JEWELL ----- were there and their daughter DIANE and their son LARRY and his wife JEANETTE. RICKY was also there. They had coffee and cake for refreshments, and watched the movie Global Affare starring Bob hope, (channel #5 9:00 PM to 10:45 PM).

There were no phone calls to the house and there were no visitors. RICKY did not leave the room for over a few minutes during the time he was there. He left with his son five or ten minutes after the movie was over. MR ----- and ----- departed about a half hour earlier. Mrs -----, LARRY and JEANETTE, DIANE and RICKY were still at the house. RICKY had been sitting on a chair and then moved to a couch. MR ----- stated to his knowledge there were no guns in the house. His departure time is estimated to be between 10:50 p.m. and 10:55 p.m.
