---- attends Hogan high school. He is acquainted with David and Betty and was at ------- house Friday between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., while they were there. He has observed David pick up Betty in the station wagon after school four or five times in the last 2 weeks.
----- alleges that on Friday afternoon 12/20/68, he walked by Ricky -----'s home and Ricky was washing his mother's maroon Grand Prix automobile at the curb. Ricky had the keys and the radio was playing. ----- alleges that Ricky said his mother was going out tonight and he had the car.
----- has no knowledge of any fire arm ever in the possession of -----. He has never seen him driving an automobile. However, last summer he observed Ricky riding with Scott ----- in a '51 - '54 Green Ford pickup.
