MR YOUR states the following: RE 12/20/69 11:00PM - 11:20PM
He was going West on Lake Herman Road, he turned into the road going into the Marshall Ranch to turn around. He saw approximately 30 feet inside the road from the gate, a red pick up truck that had white wooden sides. A man was by the truck, he shined his flashlight in the YOUR car. MR YOURS wife, PEGGY who was sitting in the front seat on the passenger side, said there is a man with a gun lets get out of here. MR YOUR states his wife did not say anything to the man with the gun. MR YOUR states he had a .38 special on the rear seat of the car, it was unloaded. MR YOUR had the shells in his pocket.
MR YOUR showed RO the guns he had.
